Hi there you will need the I-864 for when you apply for the AOS and you need the I-134 when your fiance have the interview. hope this will help :):)

my fiancee got packet 4 along with I-864 form. I m confused that i have to send I-134 or I-864. I m not going to have a co-sponsor.

Help me plzz

Some consulates require the I-864, some require the I-134 (this is a COUNTRY thing. Australia requires the I-134 and doesn't require tax returns... some countries will not approve you without tax returns). I would complete both for her that way you're covered no matter what they expect.
