Hi I had my biometric services yesterday and the guy over there took my fingerprints and picture and then he told me that " I will recieve my new green card in the mail" does that usually happen because what i know is that they send you a letter for an interview and then after the interview they will say if i got approved or denied can someone help please i really want to know if that's true or not ???

I would like to mention that I filled I-751 but I'm seperated ... I would really appriciate it for some INFO :)

It really depends on how your I751 packet is and if your luck is good or not.

Like many of us, RFE is almost a guarantee and interviews? Half & Half, however it seems like it's a trend these days, and there is always the possibility that your luck isn't on your side and the application got sent to your local office for some digging.

Just prepare for the worst.

the 1-751 is a joint petition done by married couple 2 years living togather and co- mingling your lives, there looking for fraud in the marriage, they interview and recorded separately, joint taxes joint banking, joint, ID .joint address.

Some people do not have interviews some people do. Its luck of the draw. I have seen quite a few people who file separated for 751 get an interview but also seen some not get interviews.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.
