On Question 21 of the I-130 form, it says "If filing for your husband/wife, give last address at which you lived together".

In my case, I am getting married in mid-November in India, and I will be in India only for less than 2 weeks before coming back to the US... as that is the maximum time I could take off to get married. So I won't really be 'living' with my husband in India. At most, I'll be 'living' at his family's house for about 3 days. The other days that I'll be there, we will be having our honeymoon and will be traveling elsewhere in India.

Should I go ahead and list those 3 dates that I'll be in his city into the form? Or should I just type out "11/2011 to 11/2011"? Or should I just leave it blank? But I'm afraid that I'd get a RFE for leaving it blank since it says "If filing for your husband/wife", which he will be (my husband).

We just put in N/A since we technically didn't change any addresses or mail routing and didn't have any problems with it. You may put 11/2/11-11/5/11 (example) if you feel compelled to do so. Best of luck either way!!!

A visit is not living together. I lived with my husband for three years prior to my moving back to the US; my last visit was only for a couple of weeks.

Holding my nose and jumping off the cliff.. hope I don't hit any rocks in the water.

An appropriate answer for that question is, "We have not yet lived together." This is what I wrote on my I-130 prior to filing it.

An appropriate answer for that question is, "We have not yet lived together." This is what I wrote on my I-130 prior to filing it.

I did this also. Like someone above stated a visit is NOT living together.

My husband and I stayed at his home just for one day after the wedding. That is the address we gave as the last one we stayed on together.
