AP FEE. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

I just wanna file the AP while my I-485 is pending, then we found on page 8 of AP instruction, we found confusing statement that:

NOTE: If you file form I-485 on or after July 30, 2007 and you paid the I-485 application fee required then no fee is required to file a request for Advance Parole or for a Refugee Travel Document on form I-131. You may file I-131 form for Advance Parole or Refugee Travel Document together with your I-485 form, or you may submit form I-131 at a later date.

So, do we need to pay that $445 now or how?. Please help.

There is no fee for AP when filed with AOS.

Put the AOS noa1 in the packet with the AP forms. Not sure why you didn't just file at the same time as the AOS.

Thanks Inky. I didnt plan to back home before AOS finish then one month later after file AOS i got pregnant and my mouth resist all of the food here. I just want my home food besides i wanna give birth there.
