my ex file i130 which was approved when we go to the interview my i485 was denied and my lawyer file i601 it was also denied he also file and appeal which was also denied my husband is bipolar he physical and emotional abused me he call me names and stab me with pen he also hit me on the face several time he make me beg for money to support his gamble addiction i could not call the police because he said he will call the immigration on me i he did not allow me to work so that he can claim me on tax to get more money after tax return he will disappear for weeks i have the photos of the abuse letter from domestic violence center and other document i did not have the medical report and a police report because i didst go to hospital because i did not medical insurance my question is it possible to get vawa approval after a denied i601
