Interview Date - IR1/CR1

Hello everyone! I wanna ask IR1/CR1 applicants the following:

1. How long did it take for you to know/have your interview date from the time you've got your case completed in NVC? My case got completed in NVC last October 24. The operator told us to call them back 2nd week of November to confirm our interview date (coz the November appointment is already fully booked) And how did you confirm the interview date? By talking to an operator? Or they sent you (both petitioner and beneficiary) email confirmation? Or both?

2. When did your completed case from NVC forwarded to USEM Manila (estimated time frame)? I've been reading a lot of posts here in VJ but still a lil confused. NVC's scheduling the interview dates in behalf of IR1/CR1 applicants right? I've read somewhere here in VJ that a completed case is only forwarded to a specific USEM/consulate once a date of interview was scheduled. Is this true?

I've been analyzing different IR1/CR1 timelines in the Philippines portal. I noticed that completed cases are usually forwarded to USEM Manila last day of each month (or maybe this is just purely coincidental). I hope you'd spare time reading and responding to this post. Your responses will be greatly appreciated.
