I've got my green card trough marriage to an American citizen. The problem is that I received the permanent card couple of days after I’ve got divorced. Do you think that I will have problems when I apply for passport?

No, unless you lied for the "Removal of Conditions" application, such as said you were still living together when you weren't.

With a green card, only passport you can apply for is that one from your home country. That can be a problem is your home country says, why do you want your home country passport since you are not living there anymore. But they had an entirely different attitude after getting US citizenship, they they demanded you have that passport from your home country.

Unless you are talking about having problems at your US citizenship interview, will have to wait the full five years, and yes, you will be questioned about it. But after you get your US citizenship certificate, you shouldn't have any problems as you are dealing with an entirely different government agency and as long as your paperwork is correct.
