Travel to PI while Removing of Conditions

I am certain to travel to PI this Christmas not only to see my family but also to oversee my grandfather's surgery. But by the time I travel to the Philippines, my green card is expired already.

I have a little understanding or somehow limited information about the NOA1 saying that your Greencard will be extended for another 1 full year after you file your removal of condition.

My questions now are:

  1. Will I have a problem going Out and In the United States? So as In and Out of the Philippines?
  2. Will NOA1 be enough to carry on my departure both from the US and the Philippines?
  3. Is there any paperwork I need to obtain before traveling out of the US?

Thank you fellas! Answers are greatly appreciated.

You should be fine traveling out side the U.S. with the I 797c. We chose the (Temp Card) for travel outside the U.S. and as ID

Option most people don't know about is a Request For Temporary Alien Registration Card (I-751 Temp card) This Document can be pick up when you go down to your local USCIS infopass. This is a card with the I-551 stamp on it and your photo, you don't have to carry around your passport or keep the I-797C NOA showing your conditional resident status is extended. We chose the (Temp Card) for travel outside the U.S. You can read this link for more info.

You need the NOA1 that shows extension, the green card and your valid passport. If your passport name does not match the green card then you need to bring marriage certificate.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.
