Montreal Interview - NO I-864 needed, for sure?

Greetings, I am getting so nervous as i get ready to make a final check of my forms. We leave for Montreal on Monday, interview Wednesday in the afternoon. Can some people ASSURE me that we do not need our 864? We have two copies of the I-134, numrous financial documents attached, and my fiance is attending with me. Please tell me I can make him stop filling out the 864 form today and he will be so happy.:bonk: Thank you all...

Montreal does not use 864. ONLY 134.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

I ASSURE you that you don't need the 864. :thumbs: Good luck with your interview, it will be a breeze!

I-864 is for AOS. You need I-134 for the interview.

Good luck!

Some embassys request 864 not 134 for K-1. Montreal is one that does not.
