In latin american countries they use to last names. So when Im filling out all the forms and when it says e.g. family name for father, mother, spouse should you include both last names or just the one last name that is usually the fathers last name? Ive started filling out the I-130 and the G-325A for me and my fiance. and have used both of her last names is this CORRECT?

thanks for your advise in advance

thanks

Use both in the correct order. It's best to type or write family names and countries in ALL CAPS, and all else in Mixed Case.

Agreed. We used the dual name appraoch all the way through with no issues at all. The REAL key is that the names must match exactly what is in the passport.

Thanks for the answers. One more question Where it says "other names used" do I put Last name First Then First name? Or first then last name?

My preference for a woman who has changed names would be First Middle MAIDEN, MARRIED, MARRIED and so on. This shows the track of her names from birth. So, a woman born as Jones, who married a Smith and a Wilson would be First Middle JONES, SMITH, WILSON.

This is where using ALL CAPS for family names becomes very important. ONLY for family names and countries.
