bring in the filled out form, get to the consul in the US Embassy, and ask him exactly what to do, since he told you to get a CRBA.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

CRBA can't be filed after you're 18 years old. You can apply for a US passport and/or file an N-600. You'll need proof that he's your biological parent (the paternity test might work, depending on what kind of test it was), and proof that he was a US citizen when you were born, and proof that he met the physical presence requirements at the time you were born. Since it appears you were born before November 14, 1986, the physical presence requirements for your dad are that he was physically present in the US for a cumulative total of at least 10 years, and at least 5 years after he was 14 years old. If he doesn't meet those requirements then you don't have a claim to US citizenship.

my father was born in USA he lived there all his life,he was a navy before when he met my mom and i was born out of wedlock,he's not there when i was born and he doesn't know that my mom was pregnant when he leave phillippines and they dont have any comunication that time. And that's the reason why i am not acknowledge as his son before i turn 18. Is there still a possibility that i can get a US passport to go there this christmas and spent it with them for the 1st time.

It is very unlikely you get this done before Christmas, but you can get it done.

I would be really surprised to see it finished in that amount of time. Average time for processing an N-600 is five months.
