Easiest way to the embassy

We just barely got our NOA-2 for our K-1, so it's probably a little early for me to start planning, but I like to be organized :)

Shaun isn't the greatest navigator (I got us around London when we went to visit)...

What's the easiest way for him to get to the Embassy from the Underground? I imagine he'll be arriving at St. Pancras from Notts.

Thanks.

Dani

Taxi would be the obvious choice.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

I walked from St Pancras. It took maybe 40 minutes. Or 50 actually, leisurely walk. I enjoyed it. Not too complicated a route, either.

Tube would be quicker. Victoria Line to Oxford Circus and walk from there (very close). Or can go to Bond Street, but for that will need to change tubes at some point. Now obviously for that he would need to check if there's engineering work or what not.

Of course, if he's not the greatest navigator, then you may decide taxi is the best choice.

I'm from North!

I got the National Express coach and it dropped me off at the Marble Arch and it was literally 5 maybe 10 min walk, and it was one straight, one turn and I was there (the map on the embassy website it great) the coach however doesn't pick up from marble arch, if he got the coach he would need to get the under ground from Oxford Circus or Bond Street, as mentioned above, to Victoria Coach station. If he looks at an under ground before he goes and notes down the changes he'll be fine. and the coach station is sign posted all the way!! National Express tends to be cheaper than the train aswel, if you use it make you he gets an early one just incase there are accidents on the M1 or M25. I got the Coach at 2am and got to London for about 630am, plenty of time to spare!!!

I'm a young northern female and I managed it with no stress at all so I'm sure a man can do it!!!

Take bus 73 from St Pancras to Oxford Street when you get to the bus stop that says Selfridge's get off grab a coffee at the Starbucks by the the same bus stop ...walk to the next corner to your left when you exit Starbucks...at the corner turn left walk two blocks ....and BINGO...You won't miss the Embassy at this stage!!
