Divorce Certificate

Hi All,

I have a divorce certificate from Saskatoon that says Duplicate Original on the top right hand corner.

Would this be okay to submit with my I-130?

It is signed and has a seal on it by the local registrar.

But when I photo copy it you can't see the seal.

It's fine if it doesn't show up on a copy, they know you are only sending copies. Once you go for the interview, (or if asked for it before hand) the 'certified copy' with a seal will work.
