London Embassy timescales

Just borne of being particualrly impatient, but does anyone know roughly how long it takes for London to log a case on? I have packet III ready and they received my case into their offices on the 26th (I know, two days is hardly giving them much of a chance lol!), but have yet to find it on their systems. Can't really send the forms until they register it and my medical is next Thursday, so I m hoping it'll be done before they get the results in for that. They said it can take around the two week mark, what has everyone elses recent experience been with them?? Thankyou in advance

As I'm sure you know, all times are different, but, mine took about a week (6 days) for NVC to mail it to London and for London to log it (I'm not exactly sure when it got to the embassy). And then it took 4 days for A to get notice of packet three after it was logged.

Hi there. My application left the NVC centre for london on the 13th Oct and I recieved packet 3 on the 21st. So 8 days. I would imagine you will get packet 3 very soon and in plenty of time for the medical results to be recieved by the embassy.
