i want to file for my sister living in india.....she is married.

i live in Iowa....where should i file....and how much time whole process will take till visa....

and my sisters childrens are going to be 21 in 2014....is it possible to migrate to US before getting 21..

the i130 has a Chicago lockbox address, uscis will send to the corresponding service center.

unfortunatly her children will more likely have aged out, because the waiting for India is 11 years or over, they are work with petitions sent in 2000.

here it is written that we can notify NVC if children are reaching the of 21......

Note: If visas are available in your visa category before your child's birthday, the NVC may be able to expedite your case so that you and your child can immigrate together. Unfortunately, if visas are not available before the child's birthday, the NVC cannot expedite the case.
