Can friends come during oath ceremony?

I will have my oath ceremony on November 18, in Little Rock, AR. Does anybody know if friends would be allowed to be there? I appreciate any help.

To my knowledge, friends and family are welcome to attend. However, different locations may limit the amount of people accompanying you for space limitations...

You can try and call since you have the oath letter in hand and ask about that....

N-400 Naturalization Timeline

I'll be having mine in Fort Smith (at the USCIS office there). Friends and Family are allowed, but depending on the number of new citizens, may need to stand.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

Yes, they would. In fact, at my ceremony there were twice as many family members and friends as the new citizens :yes:

I have attended 4 Oath Ceremonies, the last of which was my own. Had I brought a friend, I would have lost them afterward. Friends don't do that to friends. It's torture.
