I-134 questions (for K1 application)

We are in the process of preparing the I-134 affidavit of support for my K1 visa application. And I have a few questions that hopefully someone can help with :)

We're both 23, fairly recently out of college. My fiance started working three months ago, has a full-time unlimited contract with a salary quite sufficiently above the poverty line.

--> For that reason, he doesn't have a lot of pay stubs to show, nor would his last tax statement show much. Is that a problem?

--> Concerning "what I have on deposit in savings banks": I read somewhere that anything above 5000 dollars is okay. Does it have to be that amount even if your regular income is above the 125% mark over the poverty line?

--> Where it says "I have submitted visa petitions...", does the I-129F Fiance Visa Petition for my very case need to be listed?

--> Finally: the section about intending or not intending to make specific contributions to the support of the person for whom this thing is filed... Does this even apply for K1 applications? If so, what should be listed as appropriate contributions?

Phew, done. I really appreciate the help anyone can offer, to put my mind at peace! :)

You put N/A K-1 petition on the intend or not intend part.

Please see the example form. http://www.visajourney.com/examples/Form-I-134.pdf

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

So the savings in deposit banks can just be left blank? Does that mean it is not necessary to submit as evidence the letter from a bank about account balance, deposits made in the last year etc?

Then include a bunch of pay stubs and the letter from the employer will really help tell the story.

--> Concerning "what I have on deposit in savings banks": I read somewhere that anything above 5000 dollars is okay. Does it have to be that amount even if your regular income is above the 125% mark over the poverty line?

Leave it blank, I did.

--> Where it says "I have submitted visa petitions...", does the I-129F Fiance Visa Petition for my very case need to be listed?

No, this is for other petitions for other people, if any. If None, then list None or answer No.

--> Finally: the section about intending or not intending to make specific contributions to the support of the person for whom this thing is filed... Does this even apply for K1 applications? If so, what should be listed as appropriate contributions?

Follow the Example Forms.

Phew, done. I really appreciate the help anyone can offer, to put my mind at peace! :)

We got a letter from my fiance's dad's employer stating his gross wages so far this year and they wrote there would be no changes to his employment or wages in the foreseeable future.

We left ours blank and never even got asked about it. You don't need to give any other evidence if your income meets / is above the 125% just the job stuff.
