I guess we're all getting the generic reply that the schedules will be more or less out 2nd week of nov.. Goodluck to all of us for a timely December interview! :) let's keep the faith everyone!

10-05-10 - Married in California
06-13-11 - I-130 approved
10-13-11 - CASE COMPLETE!
12-02-11 - Interview - 221g due to a washed passport
12-17-11 - POE - YYC (preclearance in Canada)

2011 to 2013 - Life happened

06-26-13 - Divorce finalized

10-07-13 - I-751 divorce filer paperwork journey begins

07-03-14 - ROC interview - approval pending delayed background checks

07-25-14 - APPROVED! 10 year GC is finally in production!

08-01-14 - 10 year GC in hand. The journey has finally ended. :)

2014 to 2020 - Living paperwork-free and focused on me!

11-09-20 - N-400 filed online - welcome back VJ fam!

6-22-21 - Interview in Nashville, approved! And then...

6-22-21 - Pledge of Allegiance taken. Holy shirtballs I'm a US Citizen.

Sometimes dreams do come true! :D I just got an email that the interview appointment for my wife in Bangkok is on Dec 16th at 7am! :dance:

It is doubtful she will be able to get her Visa and travel by the December 25th, but just knowing we actually have an interview appointment is reason to celebrate!

I got the email about 10 minutes ago, and once I stopped crying, :crying: I came here to post the good news. A couple more giant hoops to jump through, and we will be together again!

It looks like I might be able to get a flight out of Bangkok to the US for Nong before Christmas, but she might not have passport in hand by then, but I am hopeful!

Good luck to all of you that are waiting for their interview appointments! :thumbs:

Total rubbish. Also, I did automated messages and it's still at 'Your case was completed on...' message, so those waiting - ring the NVC and talk to an operator!!

05/05/11: sent I-130

05/16/11: NOA1

08/12/11: NOA2

08/19/11: NVC received case

09/16/11: received NVC case number

09/19/11: AOS bill and DS 3032 generated - emailed choice of agent to NVC

09/20/11: paid AOS

09/21/11: AOS shows paid and DS 3032 accepted.

09/22/11: mailed AOS (I-864ez)

09/23/11: received and paid IV bill

09/26/11: IV bill shows paid

09/27/11: mailed DS-230

09/30/11: AOS reviewed and false RFE for DS-230

10/05/11: RFE for birth certificate (which was already included in IV package)

I went ahead and called this morning based on reading this thread, but we've not yet been scheduled for an interview. She gave me the line about scheduling during the second week, and that they'll begin scheduling next week and "should be done by Nov 18."

I asked how much of a lag there is between scheduling and notification, and she said it was a couple of days, so it is tempting to call and find out.

I was also curious if my husband could go ahead and schedule a medical while waiting, but she said he had to wait for the notification to take with him.

It is very heartening to read that some of you folks are getting notices, so it buoys our spirits!!

December 9, 2014: Case inquiry initiated

December 11, 2014: Response: "The processing of your case has been delayed. A check of our records establishes that your case is not yet ready for decision, as the required security checks remain pending."

March 14, 2014: Received NOA that approval had been given on March 10; expect new GC within 60 days.

Got my interview date- 1st of December, 9.30am !!! woooo!!! actually got an email with it this morning!!!!!

I called twice last night. I want to call so bad this morning, but I am waiting until this evening. We are next. :rofl:
