Hello there Guys, thank you for all your help. Me and my Wife are finally united. She was handed a notice and it said, we have to fill out the I-751. I have downloaded the Form and I know it total of $590 Bucks to pay and we have 90 days to do it. They were also asking for Green Card Front and Back Copy, how long does it takes for SS Card and Green Card to show up in our mail? Will it be within the 90 days?

Also if anyone has filled it out, please share you thoughts on this and what support documents needs to be attached with this I-751? What is the exact meaning for this Form? I kinda read about it online, but I wanted to ask you guys, thanks all!

Follow this guide.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

You don't even have your green card you are not supposed to file the 751 removal of conditions until 90 days before the date of expiration ON the green card. You have 2 years to wait before filing.

Sweet, thank you for your information. I also just called USCIS and was told that we don't have to follow up right now. My wife will receive the SS Card and Green Card and when the Green Card is within 90 days of expression, then go ahead and file the I-751 Form, so we don't have to do anything as of now, Wife will receive SSCard and Green Card.

And I guess the whole point of this Form is to find out if the marriage is legit, thank you Inky!

Any idea of timeline for receiving SS Card and Green Card?
