Hi everyone! i just want to know more information. i just called NVC and the message i got there is ""The beneficiary will receive further information within the next 90 days". what does it mean? i really dont want to have false hope... My question is does this message means that i will receive my choice of agent within 90 days? how long it will take to interviewed by US Embassy? Thanks a lot! ;)

my PD is Nov 2010. ;)

ay anak ang tagal pa rin nyan..have you received the check list na? meaning yung AOS bill, IV bill? when those are received and paid you will have to send naman the affid of support(I864) papers. when your case is complete and documentarily qualified, you will have to wait for your priority date to be current (check visa bulletin for updates) and when it does, they will send you the appointment for interview

What does COA mean?

Yung DS-3032 ay yung Choice of Address and Agent for Immigrant Visa Applicants (COA). Yun po yung isasabmit po ng benificiary sa NVC. Then after po ata mabayaran nung AOS Fee bill, your Petitioner will have to submit the Affidavit of Support w/ supporting documents to the NVC.

My Journey (F2A) - USCIS

2010-12-30 - Notice of Action 1 (NOA1)

2011-05-13 - Notice of Action 2 (NOA2)

2011-05-31 - Case # assigned (P3AU)

2011-11-18 - Received COA and AOS Fee

2011-11-19 - Sent COA

2011-11-25 - Received IV Fee

2011-11-30 - Pay AOS Fee

Opo pwede rin naman po kung kayo na rin mismo ang magiging agent nyo. Mas preferred lang nila yung may US postal address for faster and reliable mailing of documents.

Eto po yung nakalagay sa DS-3032 info -

"The DS-3032 permits the applicant to name an agent to receive correspondence from NVC and requires applicants still interested in immigrating to tell NVC where to send mail about their visa request. The letter tells the applicant that they may choose someone, including the petitioner or a non-profit organization, to be their agent or they may elect to continue to receive the correspondence themselves. The applicant must complete and sign the DS-3032 and return it to the NVC before processing can continue. Given the difficulties often encountered with international mail, we encourage applicants to seek an agent with a U.S. postal address."
