Any news for anyone yet??? I am still yet to hear from USCIS. Knowing that am not alone in this waiting game has helped cut back on my level of anxiety... I pray and hope that we all hear positive responses from them this week. :dance::whistle::luv::huh::):(

Thanks for the response however, I think I am going to continue being optimistic that it comes sooner. I have a friend who applied in may and it was approved in August. I know it varies case by case,

Well it seems that those of us waiting since June or July are getting our NOA2s, or soon will. I did! I was notified that my hard copy will arrive in the mail in a few days. My priority date was June 17th (CSC). So, I was coming real close to the 5 month mark. It's great to see that the slow months are catching up. I am wishing a speedy approval for all of those patiently (or not :D )awaiting their good news.

My NOA1 is on June 8 and I still have no info of NOA2 :(

03/04/2010: Getting married

06/06/2011: Submit I-130. Case is at CSC

06/08/2011: NOA1

01/06/2012: NOA2

01/23/2012: Case number assigned

01/26/2012: AOS Bill and IV Bill invoiced

05/10/2012: Paid AOS and IV fees

08/20/2012: Sent AOS and IV packets

08/22/2012: NVC received AOS and IV packets

08/29/2012: Case complete

11/06/2012: Interview date appointment received

12/04/2012: Interview date. Approved!!!

07/22/2011 - Check for $420 cashed.

08/04/2011 - Touched.

02/03/2012 - Received I-130 approval notification via text and email. Website updated as well.

02/08/2012 - Received NOA-2 hard copy.

02/17/2012 - NVC generated case #.

02/17/2012 - DS-3032 and AOS bill generated.

02/22/2012 - AOS fee bill paid online.

02/23/2012 - DS-3032 emailed.

02/23/2012 - AOS fee bill cleared, IVR updated.

02/24/2012 - Received 'We have received your DS-3032 email from NVC.'

02/25/2012 - AOS Packet mailed.

02/27/2012 - IV Fee Bill generated.

02/28/2012 - 'Item missing in AOS Packet'. NVC mails out letter.

April 2007- Met while I was in sophomore year in high school by his house

December 16th 2010- engaged

May 28th 2011- married in Sāo Paulo<3 <3

July 13th- Sent I-130

July 15th- I-130 received

July 18th- received NOA1

August 1st - touched

Sept....Oct..Nov...Dec...Waiting -__-

January 24th- received NOA2 via email

January 27th- recieved NOA2 hardcopy

February 1st- NVC received

February 7th- got my case number

February 7th- got the IIN number

February 10th- payed AOS fee

February 14th- AOS PAID!

February 15th- payed IV fee

February 16th- IV PAID!

February 23rd- sent AOS & IV packages to NVC

February 24th- packages delivered at NVC

February 29th- recieved checklist

March 5th- sent back checklist items

April 30th - interview

I have seen a June 28 filer got approved today (Nov. 11 2011) So we should see some July filers approval this month. Goodluck to all.

I-130 (Spouse of USC)

USCIS Stage

July 11 2011: Mailed from APO, AP address

July 16 2011: Delivered in Chicago Lock Box Facility

July 18 2011: Received notification via email with the receipt number NOA 1

July 25 2011: Received NOA1 (hard copy)

August 1 2011: Touched

February 16 2012: Approved!!!! (Received E-Mail from USCIS) NOA 2

It took 213 days before we got our NOA 2

NVC Stage

February 24 2012: NVC received the documents from USCIS

February 24 2012: Sent an email to NVC regarding DS 3032 (Assign an Agent)

February 27 2012: Case number assigned by National Visa Center

February 28 2012: Received an email from NVC telling me that they already received my DS 3032 (Assign an Agent) Now waiting for IIN

February 28 2012: Called NVC and I got my Invoice ID number, they told me to wait for the email before I can pay for it

February 29 2012: Received I-864/DS230 Invoice via E-Mail

February 29 2012: Paid I-864/IN PROCESS

February 29 2012: I-864 mailed from APO address (overseas)

March 1 2012: I-864 showing as PAID on the website

March 5 2012: I-864 Delivered at NVC (Portsmouth, NH)

March 8 2012: I-864 Approved!

April 8 2012: Sent DS 230

April 13 2012: Paid IV Bill (IN PROCESS)/NVC Received DS 230

April 17 2012: IV Bill showing as Paid on the website

May 3 2012: Case Completed (Interview date scheduled for 8th June 2012)

June 8 2012: Interview APPROVED!
