AFTER 5 MONTHS WAIT USICS NOTIFIED ME THAT MY PAYMENT WASNT SUCCESSFUL

Hi can smbody help me pls.my wife sent out our application in may 2011 and wedidnt get our receipt no until wen she foned the usics lastweek and we were told our payment wasnt successful.my wife sent another payment dis week wit a new G1145 FORM n updated notorized letters.so i want to find out if it wil take them extra 3 to 5 months to process or if our application wil be processed urgently.pls can smbody help

Thats strange, why did you guys wait 5 months before contacting them. Did she ask what happened to the other cheque.

What was the reason the payment was not accepted..I know USCIS will have returned your petition ASAP if their is any issue with payment..They are like Naija people, they dont play with MONEY

Thats so sad, Im sorry to hear that. You should have called USCIS after 30 days from filing notifying them that you didn't receive your NOA-1. Anyway, there's no use crying over a spilled milk. I guess the best thing to do now is to call them regarding your new payment and inquiring them regarding the status of your application. Maybe they will prioritize your case now sinceit has reached already the 5-month mark. Goodluck!

You guys got GUT..we wouldnt ve waited that Long without confirmation..I guess there was abit of relaxing from the two of you or perhaps,u felt things would come normal..(sometimes a push on a botton fastens things)

I agree with souleymon... its important in this process you be ProActive and not ReActive... it's up to you guys to make your case move forward (when you can) you are the only advocates for your case so its important you watch every step and every detail carefully. Hopefully your NOA1 comes fast.. if not.. im sure this time you will inquire quickly.
