Hello,

My US citizen husband is filing i-485 for me. (overstayed B2 visa since 2004)

We both just graduated from college in June and he just started working in September 2011.

He did not work in college so he's only gotten only a few paycheck this 2011 year.

His annual income is $50,000. He gets paid every 2 week, around $1500 each paycheck. So far he's only gotten 2 paychecks. He has not failed taxes for this year.

We are not sure what to put for question 23 for Current Individual Annual Income since the instruction said "Enter your current individual earned"

Should we put 50,000? or total earned since he started working which is like $3000?

Also, as a side question. Should we send in I-130 together with I485, I864, and I-765?

Or should we send I-130 first and wait for the letter to send in the rest of the documents.

Thank you for your help!

=)
