Hi, I need help!

I am on a student F-1 visa. I am in living in the states now. I got married October 1st, 2011. I am putting all the paperwork together for the AOS package.

I am not sure if I have to do the medical examination now and attach the form with the rest of the documents or if I have to wait until they give me a date to go get it done after I submit the package??

Thanks!!

You need to have the medical done ahead of time and send it with your AOS packet. USCIS does not give you an appointment for that. They only give appointments for biometrics and interviews.

Better do it now and send it with initial package. It is not fun to receive an RFE as it will delay your process for at least a week.

USCIS lost my medical exam I sent in and issued me an RFE so don't forget to pray at the moment you drop off your package LOL
