I love my MMA workout Rushfit http://www.gsprushfit.com/ and you just need light weights and most of it is doing as many reps in a minute/30 seconds so it's friendly if you are new and not as brutal as PX90.

I did cardio 6 times a week and all I got good at was doing cardio. Now I'm dropping weight and muscley (L)

I got into boxing because of my husband. Not to actually box and fight someone, but just to do the workout. At first it was hard but then I got the hang of it and started enjoying it. My favorite part is doing mitts.

I do yoga, pilates, plank, soccer, and martial arts. Yoga at least everyday after woke up in the morning. I joined soccer club at my work, and I trained myself martial arts (kungfu) and doing exercise breathing like chi-kung and meditation. It really clears up your mind and put you in peace feelings.

I also tried dance moves from fitness guru that trained Gywneth Paltrow and Madonna, Tracy Anderson. It's fun.And you can find many videos of hers on YouTube. It's good to try different things in case you bored to do same moves everyday.blush.gif

Back in Russia I used to take a bunch of different gym classes, here I go to gym once in a while for cardio, but mostly I just exercise at home. I use an exercise ball and I like hula hooping too.

Is it like P90X? A home DVD workout thingy? I tried the P90x about a year ago because my husband was doing it. I didnt really interest me and I ended up quitting after I developed tennis elbow from lifting weights that were too heavy for me. Yes yes, I know.. I am a weak sauce :(

Nope. It's a self-directed web-based type of thing. It's set up like this: You have 6 exercises (which they'll show you how to do) each day. Each exercise is done for 6 rounds of 20 seconds with a 10 sec rest between each set. Keep track of how many reps you do - there will be a minimum number of reps for you to win a fight. Win a set number of fights and you progress to the next level. Go to the website, it will explain it much better than I do.

Holding my nose and jumping off the cliff.. hope I don't hit any rocks in the water.

Hmmm, right now I attend Pilates 3-4 days a week and on my off days, I usually go for a brisk walk for about an hour/hour and a half.

i try to use my elliptical everyday even if it's just for 30 mins.

otherwise, my husband will use it as his clothes hanger!!!

 this really did make me laugh :P.
