  1. Are you a US citizen?
  2. Do you live in England with your spouse and have the document 'Indefinite Leave to Remain' showing you have permission to live in the United Kingdom?
  3. Write down exactly what their letter said to send. Copy it from the letter in their words, not your summary.
  4. Name all the documents that you sent a second time.
  5. What is the postal mailing address you sent the requested documents to?

Consular services include (especially before August) processing of petitions.

I am sorry guys i am reposting this question after struggling a lot, someone suggested me to call 09042450100 and get the code for email correspondence which i did however that phone number and the code i got is for Consular Information Unit US Embassy who has nothing to do with USCIS.

I dont know what is DCF, i filled all the requirements of I-130 because i think this is the way For citizen or lawful permanent resident of the United States to establish the relationship to certain alien relatives who wish to immigrate to the United States.

I really appreciate all the help given by people but please dont send me any wrong information.

Thanks in anticipation for all who would help us.

Since then I kept emailing on uscis.london@dhs.gov asking for receipt of my documents and no body responded to my emails after 7-8 emails I got a response (end of July) stating that we requested you documents in March and we have not received those documents by now.

I told them I have already sent you and requested you so many times of receipt and you did not bother to respond to my emails and they sent me a response stating that it has been so long therefore we suggest you to send them again.

I did send all the documents in first week of September again and emailed them RoyalMail delivery receipt as well.

Since then I am sending them reminders almost every week and they are again not bothered to respond to my emails.

Can anyone please advise what shall I do in this frustrating situation.

The London Field Office of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is located in the Consular section of the American Embassy

As of December 08, 2011, we are processing petitions filed on September 13, 2011. WOW your case is a little behind dont you think?

So - if someone gave you the number for the consular information unit at the embassy, (and) the USCIS london field office is located in the consular section at the embassy, so what makes you think that this was the wrong number?

i don't get it.
