I applied for my spouse in November 2010 in London and in March 2011 USCIS London asked me for some documents which I sent in April 2011.

Since then I kept emailing on uscis.london@dhs.gov asking for receipt of my documents and no body responded to my emails after 7-8 emails I got a response (end of July) stating that we requested you documents in March and we have not received those documents by now.

I told them I have already sent you and requested you so many times of receipt and you did not bother to respond to my emails and they sent me a response stating that it has been so long therefore we suggest you to send them again.

I did send all the documents in first week of September again and emailed them RoyalMail delivery receipt as well.

Since then I am sending them reminders almost every week and they are again not bothered to respond to my emails.

Can anyone please advise what shall I do in this frustrating situation.

Regards,

umb

Apparently, this is not a K3 case. It would be a CR1 or IR1 visa process and you filed the petition DCF. (Direct Consular Filing) Best to move this discussion to the DCF forum.

Just a btw - my understanding is that London will only respond to or even do anything with emails if you ring them first on the premium rate number to get the current "email code" to put in the subject line; emails without this code most likely aren't even read which would explain why you never got a response.

Best of luck.

I am sorry guys i am reposting this question after struggling a lot, someone suggested me to call 09042450100 and get the code for email correspondence which i did however that phone number and the code i got is for Consular Information Unit US Embassy who has nothing to do with USCIS.

I dont know what is DCF, i filled all the requirements of I-130 because i think this is the way For citizen or lawful permanent resident of the United States to establish the relationship to certain alien relatives who wish to immigrate to the United States.

I really appreciate all the help given by people but please dont send me any wrong information.

Thanks in anticipation for all who would help us.

People can't help you because your question is vague and you don't even have a timeline. Did you file for your wife or another family member? Did you send the I-130 to USCIS in London because you live in the UK with your wife(DCF)? Or did you send the I-130 to USCIS in Chicago because you live in the US?

NO Ack Letter recieved however got a letter in March 2011 asking for few more documents, Affidavit from friends/family, copy of marriage certificate, Daughter's birth certificate.

If you need any further details please let me know and i am more than happy to provide.

Okay, then it seems like your I-130 petition never got approved by USCIS and sent to the Immigrant Visa Unit, which is why calling them didn't help. The USCIS office phone number is 9-011-44-20-7495-0551. Try calling them.

DCF is direct consular filing. If you are living with your foreign spouse in their foreign country for 6 months then you can file DCF. (If the country has it available) This is usually gets a quicker process to get a visa.

I think you are asking if anyone has the correct email or phone number to your consulate in London?

May 24, 2011 NOA1

Sept 11, 2011 NOA2-took 19 days to get case number

Sept 30, 2011 NVC number and IIN received Friday-gotta wait till Monday

Oct 13, 2011 Case Completed- 13 days from receiving case number Took 32 days from NOA2

Nov 30, 2011 Notified of Interview date

January 19, 2012 Interview- 240 days from NOA1

INTERVIEW RESULTS-APPROVED WITH 14 WEEKS AP--but he got his visa in 56 days!!!!!!

PLEASE EDIT YOUR TIMELINE IN YOUR PROFILE SO OTHERS CAN LEARN HOW LONG EACH STEP TAKES IN THIS PROCESS
