Are there any issues with traveling abroad after she has recieved her temporary green card? I just waned to confirm that it is not a problem and also ask what paperwork we should bring with us.

Not a problem.

If her passport is in a different name than her Green Card, you must book the tickets in the name that's in the passport. In that case it would also not be a bad idea to put a copy of the marriage certificate into the carry-on luggage.

correct, do like brother hesekiel said.also if you have a copy of your green card you can bring that along with the one year extension letter.or bring your old green card.marriage certificate, have a nice trip
