Hello Friends

how permanent residend personal injury can affect in his citizenship. if permanent resident injured and disibled and he cant go to work and cant pay his tax. how can his citizenship will affect when he will apply for citizenship. is us goverment will deport him .

pls suggest.

Disability is not a reason for denying citizenship. If they don't work, they receive disability or someone claims them as a dependent on their taxes, right? There have to be tax forms with this persons name on them.

No one deports a permanent resident unless they really really break the law. Even if the citizenship is denied, they remain LPR.

Being disabled and/or unable to work is not a reason to deny an application for naturalization. Not in the slightest.
