We are applying for AOS within the next two weeks, and I have a few questions.

We are going to need a co sponsor for AOS. We didn't need to use one for the K1, so I am a little confused with this. Is the i-864 form, the only form the sponsor needs to fill out? For the first question would they choose d or e? I also have unemployment, so should I fill one out too?
