HELLO EVERYONE I HAVE A QUESTION ON NUMBER 13 ON PART IT SAYS :in consideration of the household member's promise to support the following intending immigrant(s and to be jointly and severally liable for any obligations I incur under the affidavit of support, promise to complete and file an affidavit of support on behalf of the following AND HERE IT HAS A LINE AND SAYS (INDICATE NUMBER)

WHAT DO I PUT THERE??

You put how many people you are sponsoring. Pretty simple. 1 person if its just your husband/wife. If they have kids then the number would be larger.

We put 1 because thats the number that came up on the boxes and he was only filing for me. We filled out the form just like the example form. No RFE, no issue, approved without interview.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

Hello, I need help to fill out the I864. My father will petion my husband. He receives social security and his pension. he does joint married taxes and my mother get social security. How would I fill out this form? On the line where they as gross income do I put taxable(pension) and non taxable income(ss)? And if opnly my father is petitioning how do I go about that? Thanks inadvance and if you can guide me where I can see these samples or where I can get more help great... :)
