USCIS Definition of Moral Turpitude: The is one on the rules and may or maynot apply: Willfully failing or refusing to support dependents. This is a Rule. This will be a denial.

Parking tickets I did'nt see but "May" Apply.

As far as Rape Charges, this is questionable but only questioned and released. (They would not release anyone if they felt they had sufficient evidence in the States or any Country) So, if your post is accurate there are no charges.

I do agree with other Members that the behavior is questionable though.

I'll make it quick. If there is even a suspicion of rape. Hmmm that's a problem for me and to you have or plan and having kids with him, then u 2 might have that problem!!!!!! So u might want 2 think, maybe this is a sign. And if u decide 2 through with it. Lucky 4 you Jamaica's justice system sucks. If he is allowed bail, he can get out and pick up his police report. If what I read is correct its already processed. BUT I HOPE U KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING!!!! Personally I would leave him there. Good luck.

You are so right and I've been told this by many. However, I cancelled my petition because I've learned that he was charged for rape and indecent behavior. Thank God I dodged a bullet. Hope his #### rots in jail. Next time I wont be so hasty. You really have to get to know a person before making such a drastic step. i feel very relieved.

In one day she cancelled. i thought the OP int eh first post said "charges were dropped cause its wrong person and he was release?" ??? Maybe I read wrong.

But....

To be even walkign gainst a young girl or big ooman and brush gainst her put yu hand a certain way and get accused of raping is detrimental!

Nuff red flags but then again without judging, we dont know that much. Ultimately the OP saw it fit to cancel the petition based on the ACTUAL charge of rape! What a ating!

I think she did the right thing regardless of whether or not he's guilty of rape.

Even if he was found innocent, if a man doesn't take care of his children (which should be the #1 priority in a father's life) then he doesn't deserve a wonderful woman willing to go through all this stress, headache & financial burden just to be with him.
