Thanks for reading my post, it has alot of questions, sorry...

if the petitioner is a temporary worker who works 30-40 hours a week (more likely a part time than a full time), would that be a problem for the visa to be approved during the interview?

is there any documents in filing I-129F that needs to be notorized?

How long does it usually take for a K-1 visa holder to get a permanent residency? Or work permit?

The work permit that can be submit when the foreign fiancé gets in US will expire the same time the couple get married?

Thanks again!!

The temporary work is not a problem as long as the petitioner makes 125% over the poverty guidelines. If not you will need a co-sponsor. Check with the embassy if it allows co-sponsors.

Initial filing of 129F doesn't require any documents to be notarized. However some embassies may require it for the interview. Check with the embassy.

After entering US and getting married you would need to apply for AOS/EAD. The GC might take about 6-9 month, however you can get EAD usually within 3 month.

You can't sumbit for work permit before you get married. You need first to get married.

Good luck on your journey

The EAD you get before you AOS will expire on the date of your I-94. Therefore, most couples apply for the EAD when AOS.
