Can fiance travel outside the States when all the K1 process is complete and become my wife?

Does anyone know after the fiance entry the States and get married; when can she leave the country again? I am talking like having Honeymoon outside US or having weeding ceremony in Taiwan?

The guides on VJ says you should file AP ASAP and could travel using the AP. How long is the wait?

you have to marry in the US and AP takes 2-3 month maybe after applying for it

No, you have to file for AOS and AP. The advance parole will allow you your wife to travel outside the US. From the time you file AOS and AP it takes about 60 days to get the AP in the mail.

I guess all that u have to do, AOS etc.... She needs to have a green card before leaving US..

Not so - the AP will allow her to travel outside the US prior to getting the green card.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.
