http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/335045-need-advice-getting-husband-deported/

The link above is my story.

So far since i posted my story on here it seem to be no help out here for us American cit zens this is very sad.

I went to the ICE and it seem like they couldn't do anything or wanted to do anything about my situation.

Anyhow I am now looking for a support group that has been through the same thing I am going through. I want to get help and not let my cheating lying husband get away with this!

I am looking for others that gone through this and that can help me

I read a lot of comments on here and it just seem like everyone is telling me to move on with my life.

That is so easy than said, so that how it is? it that bad you get scammed and just move on??

I see why us US Citizen get scammed because we are told to move on and act like nothing happened

Yes my husband has his green card but it the one for only 2 years we have nothing together, no bank account, no house together, no life insurance, no kids no nothing together that he can prove that we was together married in good faith.

I am hearing ppl telling me to go get a divorce? like what is that going to solve? yes i am very confused by this because I heard if i divorce him now, that he can go and just get married to another woman and still stay here in the US!

I read one lady story on here that divorce her husband now she have to sit around wondering if he got deported!

I want to stay married but away from him because I want to know and see that justice been served.

The police are investigating my husband fraud claim on me tomorrow I pray they find the truth that he is a liar and making false claim on me!

We must stop allowing this and do something about it! I married in the name of Love and not to help him get a green card!

I didn't know if they get there 2 year gn card that they can just run off and make fake allegations about us, why is this being allowed?? now these gn card holders can start stuff, provoke us citizen make u false lies and then get granted to stay and it like hell with us US citizen it like we are the illegal alien and they are the US citizens

Last thing can you please recommend websites, forums groups that can help me in my situation.

I notice about this forum when u post stuff most ppl do not even come back in and respond. I am looking for a constant response back and forth.

Vj wants to live in the fairy tale world where there is always a happy ending to the immigration story and doesn't want a continued reminder that many people are just a means for an easy path to living in the US. A lot of people read or at least browse all new items and would object to what they would see your ongoing sourness over being used. What might be better is starting a group elsewhere like facebook and inviting others that have this has happened to to convene there.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

I think people are just advising you based on the reality of the situation. USCIS determined you were eligible to submit a petition, and they approved it. The consulate vetted the relationship at the visa interview, and they also approved it. To go back now and ask the government to conclude it was a sham from the beginning requires proof. Unless you give them that proof then they won't do anything.

Lots of people marry foreigners and those marriages fall apart. In a divorce situation it is extremely common for an angry spouse to want to exact revenge on their estranged spouse using any means they have available. When these relationships involve a foreign spouse who acquired a green card through their marriage to a US citizen it is very common for the US citizen spouse to accuse the foreign spouse of entering the marriage solely to get a green card. USCIS will not give a US citizen the authority to initiate deportation on a foreign spouse at will. This would give the US citizen spouse far too much power over their foreign spouse, and you can be absolutely certain that there are a lot of US citizens who would abuse this power by holding their foreign spouses immigration status over their head as a threat to get what they want. This sort of threat is considered in immigration law as a form of abuse, and can actually be used as grounds by the foreign spouse to get a green card or remove conditions from a conditional green card.

You can report your suspicions to USCIS and/or ICE. If they think it's warranted then they'll note your suspicions in your husband's case file. If you have irrefutable proof that your husband engaged in fraud then they'll consider initiating proceedings against your husband. However, it's critical, from the US government's point of view, that any action they take be based on evidence and the law, and that it not appear like they're carrying out a vendetta for the US citizen.

The time to fix these problems is before they happen. It's often very difficult to do anything about it afterward. In most cases, there are signs before the foreign spouse comes to the US that something is not quite right about the relationship. Unfortunately, too many people don't pay attention to those signs, or they disregard them as a difference in culture. The best advice for other people is to take your time and make sure it's right. If you have any suspicions then investigate them until you're satisfied. If you're still not sure then ask someone who has no emotional investment in the situation.

I like the idea of a support group on VJ. This would provide an opportunity for people who are just beginning the process to see how fraudulent relationships develop, and what sort of signs they should be looking for.

I'd be careful going to the media unless you have solid evidence. You're legally responsible for any derogatory public statement you make, and a defamation lawsuit could cost you a lot of money.

So far i gave them more than enough proof, the condom, and his phone records that shows he been calling lava life single line since September when he got here in September. Then he runs off and abandon me and he goes make false report 3 days later after the condom episode.

If i didnt show enough proof then i do not know what to say.

Very well said, Jimvaphuong.

I'm sorry that you have to go through this, incongo.

Your situation is very hard to prove worth looking at

without getting people to initially think of you as a

disgruntled can't move on USC petitioning spouse.

I wish we live in a perfect world where things like what your husband's doing

get reprimanded, but I guess you're up for a rude awakening.

I feel bad for you, but you know, karma's a ######, honey

@ scotty at all the things happened to me in such a short time can you blame me for not being disgruntled?? my husband wasted no time showing out on me, sad thing while he was busy plotting and showing out. I was all in lala land treating him like a KING and didnt see all of this coming. Me finding the condom was such a slap in the face you damn right i am disgruntled!

I swear all the ladies that are being rejected and their cases are getting denied sent back better count their lucky stars because it a reason why they are getting denied and sent back!

I wish i was one of the ones that got denied and sent back! Hell i even asked god to deny him if he doesnt mean well by me and he still was approved. Now I have to sit back and see why he was able to get here knowing his intention wasn't genuine.

The fact that he's very likely cheating on you, possibly with a man, doesn't mean he committed fraud just to come to the US. You have to proof that he COMMITTED FRAUD in order to come to the US....

Are you the same ethnicity as your husband?

What exactly are the Police investigating?

Wow less than a couple of wks he get here and he is already cheating on me?? calling single line and messing with ppl in my house and get busted that not being a fraud to you? then lying telling cops that i burnt his hand with an iron 4 days later? when he work at a resturant cooking a big ole girl and smoker? if that not being a fraud then i do not know what it is! then tell cops he do not want to press charges on me because i am very sweet and nice person. He obviously do not love me and never wanted me and didn't know all of the stuff he was doing to me was going to backfired like the way it did!

Cheating with a man but married to a damn woman is not being a fraud to you??? you need your head exam seriously! :bonk: u know men like that do not like women!! they hide behind us and use us especially from where he is from being gay and messing with men in taboo in Jamaica. So he have to put on an act or fear if he ever goes back home he can get hurt or killed down there.

Yes both black

but he is from Kingston Jamaica

He lied told the cops four days later that i burnt his hand, and I told him the truth how his hand got burnt at his job so they went to his job and saw that he work on a huge grill and smoker. So they asked him how did i burn his hand and he said i burnt him with an iron. So we get in from hanging out it like 3 in the AM, I was looking for some money I hidden before we went out while I was searching for the money and so was he in the room. I find a dirty used condom with feces and blood on it and the semen still inside intact fresh. So I go to the other room heat up and iron then chase him and ends up burning his hand.. << can you really see that happening? i mean who will run and plug up and iron during the heat of a moment argument  when i found the condom and confronted my husband he hauled #### out the house. the cops knew he was full of ####### and lying so they just dropped it because they can tell he is pulling desperate acts now to save his behind to stay in the USA without needing me.

So the Police are not taking any action?

So the Police are not taking any action?

No the police are not taking any action because he stuck to his story and his employer who is also jamaican and hire illegals to work for him, took up for him and said the burnt mark didn't happen at work.

So they didnt arrest me because they believe he is lying they just cannot prove he is lying.

How long did you know your husband before you filed for him?

P.S, if your husband is indeed gay, then he doesn't need to file false charges aginst you to file your Political Asylum for being Gay in Jamaica.
