And then TONIGHT; the night before the interview, we saw that it says we dont have a place we intend to live at in the US, but WE DO!!!! #######, now what? I could just cry we have spent so much money and now they are going to say no because of this. I wrote an attathemnt letter he is going to print off explaining this answer. Anything else I can do, help, Im crying, I ruined our chances.

E-mail a copy of your lease to him.

I dont have a lease my dad owns the house and it is his, I live in Mexico with my hubby.

Can you edit your DS-260? If not, then take all your evidence to your interview. The interviewer might ask you anyway. Good luck!

In explaining the domicile issue he should be able to make it clear that you will both be moving into your fathers place. Especially since he is your co sponsor. These types of clerical errors arent the end of the world. Make out a corrected form to submit if possible.

When we think about all of this its easy to understand that you both have been living in Mexico but are moving to the USA to begin a new life. Thats the whole idea of his visa. They will understand the fact that every family needs a place to live.

You didnt ruin anything. Your case is unique as they all are. The only real problem in your case was that of support but you have taken care of that.

Have your father e-mail a letter stating that he has invited you and your family to live with him and you have accepted. Have your husband bring a printout of the e-mail. Make sure your father includes his address, phone number, and e-mail address.

Nothing better than a personal email from Dad...if you don't have a printer handy, there are zillions of internet cafes near the embassy, or at the hotel.
