Okay, so my hubby and I have gone over the ds260 so many times. And then TONIGHT; the night before the interview, we saw that it says we dont have a place we intend to live at in the US, but WE DO!!!! #######, now what? I could just cry we have spent so much money and now they are going to say no because of this. I wrote an attathemnt letter he is going to print off explaining this answer. Anything else I can do, help, Im crying, I ruined our chances.

Fell in love on a missions trip in 2005, got married in 07, got pregnant and started IR1 visa process in 08, had baby number 2 in 10, and its now 2011, and we are just now finally getting to the end of this long road. (The mail from the embassy never arrives to my home, causing us trouble. Fingers crossed and prayers going up! Both kids born and raised in Mexico and American citizens by CRBA:

His Appointement is October 25th!

In explaining the domicile issue he should be able to make it clear that you will both be moving into your fathers place. Especially since he is your co sponsor. These types of clerical errors arent the end of the world. Make out a corrected form to submit if possible.

When we think about all of this its easy to understand that you both have been living in Mexico but are moving to the USA to begin a new life. Thats the whole idea of his visa. They will understand the fact that every family needs a place to live.

You didnt ruin anything. Your case is unique as they all are. The only real problem in your case was that of support but you have taken care of that.

Right on JoJO...

Nothing better than a personal email from Dad...if you don't have a printer handy, there are zillions of internet cafes near the embassy, or at the hotel.
