I spoke to my husband he also had his shot record but it did not make a difference. He was told the embassy has specific vaccinations everyone has to get and they had him pay 300 dirham and get three shots regardless of what the record states (DTaP,IPV, MMR).

Everything you provide to NVC is sent to the consulate, the NVC will send you an interview letter with a checklist of everything they forward to the embassy and what the petitioner has to bring to the interview. I flew to Morocco the week of my husband's appointment and took a book with everything that ever happened through the process in order by date. Then anything he had to add was put in the front of the binder. I added a table of contents and it was all orderly and ready for the CO. The checklist tells you everything the petitioner needs for the interview.

You need the interview letter for both the doctor and to get into the embassy the day of the interview.

Good luck
