Correct - you need proof of relationship at the interview stage (if you end up having one), you don't need to include it in the I-485

You also need:

Copy of US entry stamp

G-1145 (if you want email notification)

I-693 (unless your DS-3025 was marked "complete"

For the I-795, I treated this as a separate application and included:

G-1145

2 passport photos

Passport biographical page

I94 front and back

K-1 visa

Marriage certificate

Are you also applying for AP?

Oops, just saw the I-131 at the end, so that answers my last question. Again, I treated this as a separate application and included:

G-1145

2 passport photos

Copy of K1

Passport

Marriage certificate

You only need one G-1145 but you need to duplicate up on the other stuff, off the top of my head 2x passport photos, marrage certificate and passport bio page

Below here is the text of the cover letter used for the (successful) AOS application of my wife. It lists pretty much every document that we submitted. Good Luck.

I noticed on your list you've listed 2 passport photos for 3 forms. Does this equal 6 passport photos in total?
