Compiling folder for Interview

*Pokes Siggy* 2 days and I get my answer

I am compiling my folder to take with me to the embassy on Wednesday morning, this is what I have so far.

Please let me know if I have forgotten anything.

• Passport
  
• Birth Certificate
  
• ACPO Certificate
  
• DS-230 part II
  
• I-134
  
• NoA 1 & 2
  
• Visa Receipt
  
• State and Federal Tax returns from him
  
• Employment letters
  
• New Letters of Intent
  
• I-129F - Copy
  
• G-325A - Copy of his and mine
  
• Photocopies of everything
  
• Photos of us two, I don't have any of us with his family
  
• Skype history
  
• Emails
  
• Phone records
  

I already submitted I-134, State and Federal Tax returns, New letters of intent, employer letters when I sent in my packet 3. But I'm taking them again, just to be sure.

I'm at the point now where I'm a wreck and so very nervous that I've forgotten something

you have more than what is needed for london as photos, skype history, emails, and phone records are are probably not needed... but no harm in taking them.

what is the DS-230 part ll?? it doesnt mention that on the website

My understanding; you don't need to submit DS230 PT2 for a K1 visa. I guess taking it along wouldn't hurt, I printed mine out with part one but I'm not planning on sending it if its not needed but might take it along to the embassy...knowing my luck it'd be needed.....JUST on that one day, and JUST in my case!!! lol

I got passport photos done today, had to get new ones done.

And the DS-230 pt II is the sworn statement, where you check off yes/no to a myriad of questions and disclose any arrests etc.

Also, is there a difference in the time frame of having the visa delivered if you opt for the more expensive one?

Or is it same day as you would normally just before 8am?

Appointment was yesterday and all that was asked for were the passport photos (USA scale). She did ALL that compiling for nothing. So you're more than, "good!"
