Honesty is always the best policy. If you answer every question as honest as you can you should have no issue. Pay very close attention to the requirements at the different stages of the Visa Process and follow the directions as close as you can. If you do that, you should be just fine. If you do end up needing help, this forum is full of exceptionally smart and helpful people who have been through or are going through the same process you are so don't hesitate to ask for direction!

Best Wishes!

I hope when you say " married in the future " that you mean in the 90 days after you enter on the K-1. Because you must marry in 90 days after entry to the USA using the K-1 visa.

Try not to worry too much the hardest part when I look back on it was waiting! My husband's medical was very easy and he needed no shots because he vaccination record was up to date. They will give you a form called DS-3025 there and u can use it for your Adjustment of Status (AOS) once you come up and get married

its a form stating that you have all ur shots...it saves u money once u get here so thats always a plus! They will only try to find excuses if your relationship doesnt seem solid to them...the more proof and visits you guys have the better. Save everything because you never know when it may come in handygood.gif
