I am wondering if it would be better to visit my husband in morocco a 3rd time in the next 4 months before filling the k-3 or go ahead and file the paperwork now and plan a 3rd visit to be there with him for the interview. I really don’t want to wait that long to file the paperwork. I had filed for the visa fiancé previously and the visa was denied for lack of evidence of a bonafide relationship. About a year later from filling for the visa I received a letter from uscis stating that I could file again. So last month I left to morocco and were married. We have been together for 2 years now. Thanks for taking the time to read.

There is no need to wait to file the I-130. I expect when you do some more research, you'll prefer to just follow the I-130 filing through to a CR1 visa instead of a K3 but that's your choice. K3, at best, will not save you any time worth noticing.

Yes, we want to file for the cr-1 visa, but I was more concerned about the amount of visits that I had taken before filling. I dont want the counsler to have any doubts about our relationship.

thanks

The Consular Officer will see both the number before, the duration and the total number by interview date. You're including an Evolution of Relationship letter too, right?
