I got my Biometrics done a little over a month now.

I am really concern and I check my e-mail and mailbox every single day.

I married in good faith, provided a lot of proofs, was with her 2 years prior our 1 and a half year married.

She is a bipolar, got a restraining order against me and right before my biometrics I got arrested for violating the restraining order unfairly. She tricked me but I showed proofs and I got the case dismissed.

But im sure it will appear on my biometrics, I wonder if it will show it was dismissed.

I am really concern due this felony, I have my whole family here and nobody back in my birth country.

I needed to go to Canada this weekend for 2 days, I decided to go to the immigration building in Jersey and try to get some information.

I wanted to get a stamp on my passport, they asked me for my green card and receipt number of my case. They placed my expired green card in a envelope and said they were sending it back. I wasn't to happy I was hoping to have it with me along the extension letter and the stamp.

Here is the thing

When i asked some information about my case the lady was looking tru the computer, going thru pages and looked at the co worker eyes, I asked if I was safe to travel since I can receive a answer any day now. She only said, you have a extension.

She didn't want to give me no information and im really concern to leave the country.

I can receive a answer any day now and I was wondering, can a case be DENIED with out a interview? meaning, while I am in there, have the worst luck of receiving a update that my case was denied? and be screwed?

Am I safe to travel?

Should I risk? All i got now is my passaport w a stamp and my extension letter.

Why would she make those eye contacts with her co worker? can something be wrong with my case? Or can it be something good? maybe she looked at her like, oh well, his case has been accepted already but we going to have to give him the stamp anyways?

I have been losing a lot of nights of sleep, really concerned about this. There is no doubt about our marriage being in good faith, but she does have a restraining order against me in the state of New jersey and I recently got arrested due "violation" which has been dismissed at court.

Please help.

I wouldn't travel if i was you.

Put off the trip if you can until you are sure of what the outcome will be. If you cant then its up to you if you want to go or not.

1) What felony?

2) Did you file jointly or alone, with a waiver?

3) Did you receive your extension letter?

There is no room in this country for hyphenated Americanism. When I refer to hyphenated Americans, I do not refer to naturalized Americans. Some of the very best Americans I have ever known were naturalized Americans, Americans born abroad. But a hyphenated American is not an American at all . . . . The one absolutely certain way of bringing this nation to ruin, of preventing all possibility of its continuing to be a nation at all, would be to permit it to become a tangle of squabbling nationalities, an intricate knot of German-Americans, Irish-Americans, English-Americans, French-Americans, Scandinavian-Americans or Italian-Americans, each preserving its separate nationality, each at heart feeling more sympathy with Europeans of that nationality, than with the other citizens of the American Republic . . . . There is no such thing as a hyphenated American who is a good American. The only man who is a good American is the man who is an American and nothing else.

Even tho i have never touched my ex wife she got a restraining order under domestic violence.

She claimed I violated the restraining order, got me arrested, never had proofs, I had proofs of her contacting me in the other hand. Case dismissed but still carries a restraining order against me.

1- Restraining order/Domestic violence

2- Alone

3- Have received a 1 year extension letter, got a stamp on my passaport, they removed my expired green card.

- Nothing will show up at your biometrics appointment.

- You do not have a felony on record.

- Yes, your I-751 can be denied without an interview.

- If you have an I-551 stamp in your passport, nobody will give you any trouble after returning if you have only been a few weeks outside the U.S.

I just called the border of Us/Canada.

I explained I had a stamp on my passport but not the actual expired card.

They said I would be sent in for verification but I should of been fine.

Now I wonder, I am going by train, how does it work?

I also called Uscis # support today and spoke with 2 Representatives they are very limited with their answers, but they said that if is on the weekend I do not risk my case getting denied because they don't work on the weekends. -____- and said that If I have the stamp I should have no problems coming back.

Also, you are sure that my arrest due the "violating restraining order" wont show? Even tho it was dismissed at court, I did got my finger prints done when arrested......
