I AM AN f1 STUDENT, I APPLY FOR ADJUSTMENT OF STATUS BASED ON AN APROVED 130 FILED BY MOTHER ON MY BEHALF WITH PRIORITY DATE MAY 19 2005 . THAT CASE WAS DENIED BC THE PRIORITY DATE WAS NOT CURRENT AT THE TIME I FILED.

SO, I MARIED MY GIRLFRIED WHO IS A US CITIZEN. AND WE HAVE A JOINT SPONSOR WHOSE INDIVIDUAL ANNUAL INCOME IS 50K, BUT THIS JOINT SPONSOR HAS 4 DEPENDENTS, IS HER ANNUAL INCOME ENOUGHT TO MEET THE POVERTY GUIDELINES.?

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

I did researched, but i want some one to confirm the information i have. Because what i dont nderstand if that is the amount that they look for on the affidavits to determine if someone is above the minimun guidelines, in my case then there will be six person to sponsor ( 4 kids, the joint sponsor herselff and me). I want to confirm all this data. THANK YOU.

If you read the link i posted it gives you confirmation. It tells you how much is needed for 6 people. The answer is right there in the link I posted.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
