Dear all,

i need help. our K1 visa was denial due to the reason of our relationship between i and my fiance is a sham. now the case is being return to USCIS. we found it hard to sleep and keep thinking what should we do in order to meet my fiance. is it a good idea to fight for second interview as K1? should we respond USCIS and prove them more evidences to get second interview? or just leave it gone and continue to file Marriage visa? which way should we go is the best for us now. the denial was on 17th October 2011, it was the first interview.

the questions are:

1. respond USCIS after the case was return? to get second interview? how long would it take for this process?

2. leave it gone and continue to marriage visa? CR1 or what?

3. when should it be the perfect time to continue for marriage visa after our case denial in 17th Oct 2011?

i am eager to hear your prompt respond which helpful to our situation

Regards,

Mei

Thanks everyone, for what it's worth we started to follow what others did...wait 2 weeks NVC to MNL etc. But it seems MNL may be accepting appointments based on the efile sent from NVC so that may be why some people lately have been able to move faster. I have a friend who set appt just day or so after calling and getting MNL # . I haven't verified the efile deal but it's what some of us think. Worse case it simply wont let you set your appt until your case is active but your visa fee is good for a year so if your in a hurry try it I guess. Jim.
