J1 waiver

Hi all,

I am planning to start the J1 waiver soon. I have been in J1 status for a year and a half, now I am back in my country.

I asked my Embassy to provide me a NO-Objection statement, and they are likely to do it.

Since I have no "contract" or sponsor in US currently, I am wondering which chances do I have to get the waiver from DoS.

Is there anyone in the same situation I am?

I would appreciate if you can share your experience.
