Dear all,

I am a USC and applying GC for my mom. My father died 10 years ago and my mom is a widow .

1-I am filling DS-230 form for my mom and I am confused whether to provide my father's information (father names/date of Brith/occupation etc...) or leave it blank.

2-Also my mom lived abroad in Saudi Aabia for about 16 years so does she needs police certificate from Saudi Arabia OR its in a country from where no police certificates are available since you have to be either saudi citizen or resident to have police certification.

Please help.Thank you
