Hello all, yesterday embassy called and said that my visa waiver has been approved and I am to come and collect this thursday walk with passport and a letter that was given. I'd like to know when I go would they give me the visa and would I be able to book a flight after I'm given the visa? I'm thankful and grateful I was beginning to go crazy :D

Congratulations again hun! I hope you get the visa right away but I'm not sure how this thing works hopfully it won't be much longer... I know you just want to run to the airport as fast as you can even without luggage ha ha ha ha.

Best of luck to you and your husband.

Why did u get a waiver? Is it for k1 visa?

Thank u!

Why do u need a waiver? we prepared the package ourselves and what stood out the most in our package is how genuine it was; we submitted the hardship letter along with the forms and my stepdaughter wrote a simple letter; included pics of the fam. So make sure to add stuff along that line, if u could afford a good lawyer then go for it; if not do plenty of reading concerning waivers for k1 visas. Good Luck!!!

I had an interview for my K1 but turns out

That I need a waiver because my parents brought

Me to the u.s.a whe I was 11 years old with a visitor visa.

My parents applied for asylum that kept getting denied And we kept appealing and going to court. The lady said there was deportation order in 2007 but we were never told to leave the country. And w.e that happens if u don't leave they go get you. That never happened to us. We had an sppeal and left the country because we kept getting denied. Because we left the case got dissmis. I'm 24 now. My fiancé and I don't have kids. How can I prove extreme hardship. Well my fiancé knows but I still wonder... It looks that people who have kids or sick people have better chances than us. :(

Thank you!
