We received our NO2 on 2011-09-19. We are still waiting for our notice from the Consulate? Is there any way to see if our packet has departed USA or when it might arrive at the Manilla Consulate? We just want to know how to plan our way ahead.

Try NVC first to see if your file has left the US... If it has then it is best to call the DOS and see if it has been logged in the foreign Consulate's system yet and they may also be able to tell you if you have an interview date instead of waiting to hear from the Consulate your interview date & time...

That is how I found out mine...via the DOS ... still haven't even received my interview letter which will be needed for entry into the Consulate... Working on that now... Good Luck to you!

Call nvc tel # 603-33407 00 pree 1 for english, then press 5 operator, ask for your mnl# it is more likely u have it already by now coz if u look at my time line u had ur noa2 ahead of me though mine came from vermont, once they tell u ur mnl # ask them as well the date they send it to USEM. If u want to track it u can go to www.dhl. com click express, then click track by shippers reference, then place the info example on my case they sais it left NVC oct 20, I type in EXP 20 oct 2001A then next is date range oct 20 2011 - todays date then click philippines. Hope it would help I am just sharing what I did. God bless!

Thank You all for the input and advice. I will call the NVC first thing Monday morning to follow up. I'll post our results.
