Hi everyone from Philippines K-1 filer's ask ko lang how the Ds-156 form download correctly. Having hard time... can't find where is the Barcode@@ when i tried to download and fill it up, there's a NOTE on top in red ink says: You must Click CONTINUE button below etc..... English Characters is that correct? but when i look at the sample forms its different it has a barcode lines that doesn't show one i fill up :help:

just complete the form online. when you're done, click "continue" button. After clickingt, it should give you a pdf format document. can't remember how many pages exactly but i think three (3). However, after printing, it should give you an EXTRA PAGE with bar code. Print at least 2 copies/sets as required by embassy.

Thank you!! I just wonder where it goes, cause my computer didn't work on downloading it correctly, i tried in public net cafe, i goes same even i ask help already about the instructions.Yea its 3 pages when i printed it still shows the RED ink note...
