I have a question and I need your help and not your judgement or condemnation.I had married my husband in 2000 and in 2004 we separated due to his abusive ways(though not physical abuse) most was emtional, verbal, alchoholism and we had filed for divorce.By the way he is a USC citizen.Cut long story short I managed to file for vawa and was granted LPR.In the process before the divorce could be finalised husband went for counseling and he became sober after going through some programs to help him with his alcoholic issues. We recounciled and now my issue is that I am applying for citizenship since I obtained my green card through vawa will this affect my process below is what I found about my situation but I dont know what to think or should I say I dont fully understand what it means .SORRY ENGLISH IS NOT MY FIRST language thank you for your help in advance.

Any person who obtained status as a lawful permanent resident by reason of the approval

of an I-360 based on being a spouse of a United States citizen who battered the applicant or

subjected the applicant to extreme cruelty or pursuant to INA 240A(b)(2)(A)(i)(I) is excused the

requirement of residing together with the citizen spouse. The ongoing validity or the termination

of the marriage to the U.S. citizen will not be determinative of eligibility under Section 319(a) of

a battered spouse or child. Once the applicant has established that he or she was properly

granted status as a lawful permanent resident based on an approved I-360 or pursuant to INA

240A(b)(2)(A)(i)(I), length or continuity of cohabitation with the United States citizen spouse is

not an issue in determining the applicant’s eligibility for naturalization. Also it is not required

If you've been a green card holder for 5 years the marriage doesn't matter.

If you are currently married, mark married. If you have been a green card holder for 5 years or more your marital status is irrelevant. No impact on your application.
